How the AI humanizer works
Paste your text and, if you like, name a tone or reader, such as a casual blog or a formal report. The humanizer swaps stock AI phrases for plain words, varies sentence length, removes filler and repeated summaries, and returns the rewritten text with a short note on what changed. Names, figures, dates and quotes are kept exactly.
Example 1: a stiff AI paragraph, made natural
This is an example we wrote to show the kind of change. Before: "In today's fast-paced digital landscape, it is important to note that effective time management plays a crucial role in achieving success. By leveraging various strategies, individuals can unlock their full potential." After: "Managing your time well helps you succeed. Use a few simple strategies and you can do your best work." Same point, half the words, no stock phrases.
Example 2: an AI-sounding email, made plain
Another example we wrote. Before: "I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out to inform you that the report will be delayed. Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or concerns." After: "A quick update: the report will be late. If you have any questions, just reply to this email." The facts stay the same; only the wording changes.
Humanizer or paraphraser?
A humanizer keeps your message and changes how it sounds, so it reads like a person wrote it. If you want the same idea said in different words for another reason, the AI paraphraser rewords text without aiming for a particular voice.
Tips for a natural result
Humanize one section at a time for long pieces. Add a detail only you know, like a real example or opinion, since that makes writing sound like you more than any rewrite can. Read the result once against the original to check nothing important moved. Follow your school's or employer's rules on AI-assisted writing.
