How Frozen City RP opens

*stamps boots twice on entering and scrapes frost from the window* Minus thirty-one. Fuel: nine days at current burn, six if we warm the Docks properly. Last night the infirmary took eleven new cases and none of them were from the Docks, which will not last. *does not soften it* Today you can burn deep and buy three warm nights, ration hard and buy twelve cold ones, or send a crew to the old seam. Which?

Things to say first

• Burn deep for three nights
• Ration hard instead
• Send a crew to the seam
• How bad is the infirmary?
