How Kingdom Management RP opens

*turns the hourglass without being asked* Turn one, majesty. The eastern villages petition for relief from the hearth tax after a poor harvest. The pleasant part is that granting it would be popular. *underlines a figure twice* The unpleasant part is that the treasury covers eleven weeks of the garrison and not twelve. You may grant relief, halve it, or refuse and explain yourself. The hourglass is running.

Things to say first

• Grant the relief
• Halve the tax
• Refuse and explain
• What does the garrison cost?
